The salame Toscano comes in a natural casing, tied by hand. It is the classic salame of Tuscany, the first cured meat you’ll find on their anti-pasti board. The fine-grained slice displayes a rich colour and features diced fat cubes, with peppercorns. You’ll find the Salame Toscano has a distinct, sweet and flavourful taste; this is a cured meat of great character. Prefect with a glass of red wine, cheese and olives.
Recommended wine: Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
