About Us

A little bit more about Amaretto Deli and what we do.

If you love food that is tasty and great value, you really cannot beat Amaretto. Located between Norwich’s University of the Arts and St Andrews Hall, this delicatessen is a real gem.” Eastern Daily Press, Five hidden gems in Norwich’s Thriving Independent Scene.

Fabrizio from Tuscany has been running Amaretto Deli since May 2008. The deli was previously known as Espresso, The General Store, where Fab worked with Jan and William for a few years before he took over the business, his ‘dream deli’.

As a foodie Fabrizio works to make your experience an enjoyable one, helped by his whole team. Fabrizio and his team are always very happy to spend a few minutes talking you through the different choices of olives, salami, Mediterranean or Norfolk cheeses and our wide selection of fine foods. Find out more about Amaretto Deli’s range of bespoke deli food.

If you come at lunch time you’ll see a fast moving queue for the fresh take away food, produced the same day from local products. Through-out the day, we will be making fresh stone-baked pizza in the pizza room which always goes down a treat.

The tempting cakes in the window are whipped up each morning upstairs, and we are always thinking up new recipes or twists on cakes such as our famous chocolate brownies, carrot cake and blueberry muffins.

We look forward to seeing you soon. If you’re interested in a buffet platter or celebration cake, please click here.
