Made from pasteurized milk this Italian blue cheese is a creamy classic that is perfect for those who like their blue cheeses on the soft side both texturally and taste wise. Its greenish-blue mould gives Gorgonzola the sharp, almost spicy flavour which contrasts so agreeably with the delicacy of the mild creamy paste.
