Pancetta Stesa, 100g
Pancetta Stesa is a traditionally cured pork belly product from Italy. Known for its sweet aroma and a delicate, savoury flavour, this pancetta is created using salt, pepper, wine, juniper and bay leaves. This version is semi-dried and you need to cook it, a little like bacon.
Recommend wine: Nebbiolo; Gutturnio frizzante.
