This delicious long, flat pasta is made with a combination of corn flour, rice and quinoa and holds its texture excellently on cooking. In fact, it’s so good that it’s hard to tell that this is a gluten-free pasta. Garofalo Gluten Free Linguine is formulated especially for coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. It has been bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface that sauces adhere to particualrly well.ย These linguine make an excellent change from spaghetti in your weekly diet, or otherwise you can use them to make a classic sea-food linguine; perfect with a glass of light white wine.
