Colavita Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from the Trebbiano grapes grown on the hills of Modena. It is richly flavoured, having been aged for three years in an oak and chesnut cask. Produced in strict compliance with the classic preparation methods, this is a lovely Balsamic Vinegar.
