These Ricciarelli di Siena IGP are the real deal; IGP ensures that they are from Siena, the region where these soft almond treats first originated in the 15th century. The icing suger covered ricciarelli resemble soft macaroons and are principally made from almonds, egg whites and sugar. Light and delicious, you’ll find them at every Tuscan table at Christmas, for very good reason. Addictive and naturally gluten-free do get them while you can; they don’t last long!
